Yohan for the last 6+ years, together with a previous team, has been working to answer the question of ‘how can we democratise access to self-sufficiency in navigating one’s own trauma / mental patterning and wisdom development via a scalable & easily self-administrable set of skills?’.
This endeavour is in response to a simple thesis; that if you truly boil down most problems in the world, either at an individual or collectively level, it will likely boil down to one of two causes; trauma and/or conditioning (mental patterning, beliefs etc.).
After working with and supporting the R&D of this Unconditional Self-Therapy (UST) modality via 1000+ individuals being trained in these set of core skills, Yohan is now helping lead the Unconditional Self-Institute with it’s partners to operationalise the democratising of access to this evidence informed self-therapeutic model.
Yohan has personally facilitated over 1000 men, women and gender diverse people and leaders to learn the skills to unconditionally love themselves, self-navigate their trauma, expand their inner wisdom & embody their highest leadership potential both, ranging from Stanford fellows, Forbes 30 under 30 tech founders, incredible mothers, fathers and all in between.
Before this, Yohan was a serial entrepreneur who from 19 spent another 6 year journey with an amazing co-founder and team building a global education technology company www.myedonline.com from a backyard with just a piece of paper with a vision to support a movement towards an intuitively self-led learning model inside the K-12 education system.
Over this time, Yohan co-led the vision from 0 to 200+ schools; supporting these educational institutions all across Australia and the US to transform from a one-size-fits all classroom towards a more self-driven, intuitive and personalised project based learning model. myEd was acquired by the largest Education Group in Australia with over 3000 education institutions and 4.5 million users in 2017. The product is used by over 200,000 learners today.
Developing innovative solutions for self-sufficiency in mastery and autonomy of one’s own consciousness (and prior to that, in education) has been a key thread in the weave of his life.
Yohan was awarded Australian Anthill 30 under 30 Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012, Young Australian Innovator of the Year 2014, Foundation for Young Australian’s Young Social Pioneer 2016.
While the above is beautiful, the truth is none of the accolades and achievements matter. What is most meaningful is supporting people to fully experience the answers they’ve been looking for their whole lives...themselves.
